Story Maker is a fun card game for building sentences and inventing stories with different illustrated language elements. The characters, animals, places, objects, and actions have been selected to guarantee the greatest number of possible combinations.
Linguistic Objectives:
This game promotes vocabulary expansion, strengthens grammatical competence, and encourages the correct use of verbs and syntax. It helps practice different linguistic aspects and stimulates the imagination by combining randomly selected elements to create sentences and stories.
Contents:
The game consists of 132 cards divided into five different coloured decks, one for each word category: 20 cards with professions (purple cards), 20 cards with animals (green cards), 20 cards with places (orange cards), 20 cards with everyday objects (red cards), and 42 cards with high-frequency verbs (blue cards). Each card features an image with the name of what it represents. Each category also includes two wild cards. Other components: 1 die to determine the narrative genre, 1 die to determine the verb tense, and 60 bonus tokens.
