The workbook is intended for independent practice and to deepen the learning material in the course book Gute Idee!
Each lesson contains exercises on text work, grammar and vocabulary, pronunciation, and communication. Cross-references provide links to the A to PLUS pages of the coursebook. Each lesson then includes a skills training section on listening, reading, and writing, geared toward the common A1 exams. The two-page vocabulary section concludes each lesson.
After every two lessons, a test offers the opportunity for self-assessment. The answers to these tests are included in the appendix of the workbook.
